- A complete set of bidding documents in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the chair man of the Tender Committee upon payments of a non-refundable fee as specified in the schedule above from the Engineering Sector on or before the above mentioned dates and time during working day.
- Bid must be submitted on above specified time and Date. Bids shall be opened in presence of intending bidders or representatives who wishes to attend.
- All bids should be accompanied with bid security amount specified in the bidding documents in the form of Demand Draft/Bank Draft/Cash Warrant in favour of Dzongdag, Dzongkhag Administration, Lhuentse.
- Bidders should be fully acquainted with the site before quoting the rates.
- Participating in other license shall not be entertained.
