• Tender documents can be purchased from the Engineering sector on producing valid trade licenses, CDB certificates and updated tax clearance for bidding purpose.
• The bidder should submit and inset the documents in tender box placed at DYT hall on or before as per above specified time and date.
• Bidders should be fully acquainted with the site before quoting the rates.
• Tender document should be submitted along with a bid security of not less than 2% of total bid price in the form of demand draft/cash warrant/bank guarantee issued from any recognized financial institutions of Bhutan in favor of Dasho Dzongdag, Dzongkhag Administration, Lhuentse. Bid security in form of cash will not be accepted.
• Bids shall be opened in presence of intending bidders who wish to attend on the above specified time and date in DYT Hall.
• Tenders not conforming to the conditions stated in the tender documents shall be liable for rejection without any explanation.
• Fronting of licenses strictly shall not be allowed.
• The signature attested on CDB certificate and in bidding documents should be same.
• Those contractors who have work in had should not participate in the bidding and must state clearly in instruction to bidder.
• Decision of the Dzongkhag Level Tender Committee shall be final and binding.
