  1. The Hiring Documents containing detailed Terms & Conditions can be downloaded from our website @ www.lhuentse.gov.bt or @ www.cdb.gov.bt .
  2. Complete Sealed Bid must be submitted on above specified time & date by intending bidders.
  3. All Bids should be accompanied by Bid Security amount specified & SAMPLE enclosed in the bidding documents, If NOT the bid will become Non-Responsive while evaluation.
  4. Decision of the Dzongkhag Level Tender Committee shall be Final & Binding.
